💸 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital content, physical products, and app-based purchases made through Kat-Jay® or any linked store.

1. Handmade Products

Because our items are handmade and custom-crafted in small batches:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns due to preference, scent discrepancies, or misuse

  • However, we will address defective, damaged, or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.


2. Digital Products / App Purchases

Digital downloads, app-based content, or instant-access files are non-refundable once delivered.

If there is a technical problem accessing digital content, we will gladly help resolve the issue.


3. Customized or Personalized Orders

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


4. Allergies & Sensitivities

All ingredients are clearly listed for user review.
Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Users should discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.
